HH Global Goes Green

Digital Color Concepts (New York) fabricates eco-friendly sign for marketing firm.
HH Global Goes Green

Digital Color Concepts (DCC; New York) recently produced a unique sign for marketing firm HH Global’s San Francisco headquarters. Designed by HH Global, the 30.75 x 30.25 x 12-in. sign was created in three sections. The first is a 100% recyclable coconut panel from ECOR by Noble Environmental Technologies, which was coated white with Benjamin Moore low-VOC paint and layered with a water-based polyurethane, a necessary step since the sign is built into a wall that is routinely irrigated. The other two portions were constructed using Laird Plastics 5mm recycled cast acrylic. A MasterCut Versa-Tech was used to cut the panels, which were assembled at DCC’s facility in Mountainside, NJ.
