SignSource has a state‐of‐the‐art facility is located in Orange CA. We are centrally located to Interstate 5, SR
55, SR 57, SR 22 and SR 91 freeways making our facility easy to access for visitors and situated ideally for shipping product quickly. Our 23,000 sq ft building was purchased by SignSource in 2012 and was purposely designed and remodeled using our 30 years of Architectural Fabrication experience to be an efficient and state of the art facility. SignSource has been a UL Certified electric sign fabricator for over two decades. We are proud to use the Matthews Architectural paint system and our painters are trained and certified by Matthews

ABOUT THE POSITION:
SignSource is looking for the right candidate to fill our outdoors sales position. This position has established sales volume and new client introduction expectations. The candidate is responsible for maintaining established annual sales volume totals. There is an expectation of developing new business from a client base that is not currently on our books. While performing these duties you will need to be engaged in our company culture and successfully bring this culture to the clients you come into contact with.
Candidates for this position must be able to demonstrate a minimum of three years of recent experience selling large Architectural Electric Signage projects. Able to demonstrate the capability to sell into new markets and new customers is mandatory. Candidates must have a proven history of self‐motivation in a work situation that does not provide constant monitoring. Being very organized while managing multiple tasks and clients is required.
A base salary combined with a tiered commission program is in place. This system provides competitive pay that increases with the quality and volume of sales. There is no annual income cap on commissions. After a six‐month introductory period, paid vacation and PTO days are established. This position also provides a reasonable monthly allowance for client meals and entertainment. A 401K program is available.
