SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR WANTED!!!

Large Southern California manufacturer looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to be part of a dynamic Sales Support Team for a Top Notch Sign Company .

Duties include but are not limited to: filing, faxing, photocopy, typing (contracts, proposals, letters), phone duties (calls to landlords, subcontractors, city agencies). Prepping of bid packages, drawings and plans.

Skills:
Customer Focus, Phone Skills, Attention to Detail, Problem Solver, Excellent Communication Skills & Self Starter. Must be able to prioritize. Be organized, good follow up, and have the ability to multi-task. Able to work well with others. Adaptation to quick changes and/or rush jobs. Sign Industry experience or construction background a must. Fast paced environment.
