TITLE: Project Manager / Sr Project Manager
DEPARTMENT: Project Management
REPORTS TO: Team Lead
The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects which have a beginning, an end and performs diverse, focused, task oriented duties requiring responsible individual judgment, initiative, and specialized knowledge to carry out procedures and milestones relative to the clients project needs, as directed by the Team Lead.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Follow a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
Follow a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
Work to achieve the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
Manage resources according to the established policies and practices of the organization
Contract qualified vendors to work on the project as appropriate
Execute the project according to the project plan
Ensure that project data is kept up to date real time for client access
Ensure that the project deliverable's are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
Follow a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
Update and Generate reports on the project for management, the client and accounting
Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures
Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date
Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
Other Duties & Responsibilities

Physical Demands and Work Environment
This job requires making and taking numerous phone calls a day. Candidates must be comfortable with phone work. Ergonomics Awareness in regards to the placement of desk, monitor, chair, mouse, etc.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
Project Management experience 4+ years required
Planning and/or management experience at least 2 - 3 yrs preferred
Clerical/administrative experience required
Intermediate proficiency in Excel preferred
Proficiency in Google Business Apps (Doc, Sheets, Slides, Forms) preferred
Good oral & written communication skills required
Pleasant personality, leadership, outgoing and organizational skills required
Excellent phone skills required
Ability to multi-task and switch assignments if needed required
Ability to handle pressure and assist in meeting deadlines required
Ability to maintain high degree of accuracy in detailed work required
Must be able to work effectively alone as well as within a team atmosphere required
