Project Coordinator Position

We are currently looking to fill a our Project Coordinator position.This position supports the Project Management department. This position works closely with Project Management and Sales.This is a fast-paced environment with responsibilities that include but are not limited to:


Manage installation and fabrication schedule with a myriad of contractors
Maintaining daily reports
Track all aspects of coordination activities
Various Administrative functions
Direct contact with city/county municipalities to secure permits and related information
Excellent customer service, and communication skills
Ability to work directly under project management and sales personnel
Strong working knowledge of Google Office, Smartsheet, or MS Project
Must be self-motivated, highly organized, energetic, and detail oriented

• Experience as a Project Manager or Project Manager Assistant in a construction environment

• Previous experience in the Construction/Sign Industry a big plus


Minimum of 4 years experience as a Project Manager/Project Coordinator
Exceptional computer literacy to include project management software applications
Google Office: Drive, Calendar, Mail
Maturity to handle a wide range of situations
A meticulous and thorough nature
The ability to meet tight deadlines
Outstanding verbal and written’ communication skills
Willing to work overtime if needed
This will be a remote position with limited office time and direct supervision. Signdealz will supply you with a phone. This is a contract to hire position.
