Jr. Project Coordinator
Supports assigned Account Manager(s) in the daily tasks of managing YNS accounts. Provides exemplary customer service to YNS customers from the opening to the closing of the service job.
·Completes specific tasks as listed on the Coordinator/Admin Team Daily Responsibilities checklist (subject to change depending on capacity and necessity).
·Performs office operations and procedures to include information management, customer files, job orders, filing systems and other clerical services.
·Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of software applications.
·Including Word, Excel, Servizio, NetSuite, Gmail, and Google Docs
·Organizes and maintains file systems, files correspondence, and other record as needed.
·Creates and updates records to ensure completeness accuracy, and timeliness.
·Generates and compiles reports for department and management.
·Applies exemplary customer service skills.
·Answer phones and assist customers and technicians or transfer to the appropriate team member.
·Acts as a resource to management regarding administrative requirements; assist them as needed.
·Leads or assist with special projects as required
·Maintains the ability to adapt to a growing and changing work environment.
·Operate as lead point of contact specific to accounts
o Maintain and build strong lasting customer relationships
·Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to up-sell/cross sell
·Interact and coordinate with sales teams and other staff members
·Meet specific deadlines for accounts (SLA’s or rebate programs)
·Communication with other Yesco Franchisee and Yesco National on a daily basis
