Wasatch Computer Technology LLC (Salt Lake City) has released its SoftRIP Version 6.6 software that features Wasatch Tracer, which allows you to create contour-cut paths directly within the software. Available with the Contour Cutting Option, this tool improves cutting workflow, simplifies the cutting process and gives you complete control over cut-path creation.
Wasatch has also updated its SoftRIP Version 6.5 in 24 supported languages. The revision is now available, free, to all users of Version 6.5. Contact a Wasatch reseller for the download.
Wasatch has announced its SoftRIP HP Exclusive Edition that’s been expanded to support the HP Designjet L25500 Latex printer. The RIP includes support for all the previous, HP-solvent printers, at no extra charge. The company said it’s a cost–effective way to manage all your HP Designjet printers with a single RIP. It supports four print queues, plus the RIP-while-print Cost Estimator, Wasatch Tracer and more.
