Visual Magnetics (Mendon, MA) is adding its Digital Veneers woodgrain-finish collection to its MagnaMedia printable, magnetic materials designed for retail, hospitality and related environments. The substrate comprises a durable, printable surface and cellulose-base material produced with forest-sustainable practices, the company reports. The surface may be printed with various digital-imaging technologies, and the reverse side contains the company’s patented, magnetic-receptive surface that attracts to its InvisiLock engineered sheet magnet. Digital Veneers offerings include VM-Maple12, VM-Oak 12 and VM-Walnut 12; according to the company, they may be easily layered, transported, stored and recycled.
