Oracal USA (Black Creek, GA) and Orafol Americas (Avon, CT) will merge, July 1, 2013, with Randall Mertz and Andrew McNeill named as CEO and president, respectively. Oracal USA manufactures and markets a wide range of pressure-sensitive films and industrial tapes for sign, screenprinting and digital-imaging applications. Orafol Americas Inc. supplies a full range of reflective solutions sold into a wide range of reflective applications including traffic signs, vehicle conspicuity, personal safety and maritime safety applications. Products are sold under the Reflexite® and ORALITE® brand names. The new entity will be called Orafol Americas Inc.
