Graphtec Corp. Announces Alliance with Dodwell

Graphtec America Inc. (Santa Ana, CA) announces a joint alliance of its parent company, Graphtec Corp., with Dodwell B.M.S. Ltd. The combined partnership will operate under a joint holding company, Ai Holdings Corp.

Graphtec, a leader in the development, design, manufacturing and support of cutting plotters, scanners, inkjet printers and data-management instrucments, will partner with Dodwell, which manufactures, distributes and supports digital security systems and provides card-system devices for financial institutions, technical service and installation for government and private institutions throughout Japan. The consolidation and formation of Ai Holding Corp. streamlines and expands Graphtec's design, engineering, manufacturing and distribution capabilitites, according the company.

The Graphtec name will not change, and its products, service and support continue under the Graphtec America Inc. brand.
