Formetco (Duluth, GA) has sold its grand-format printing division to Outdoor Image LLC (Acworth, GA) in order to concentrate on its electronic-billboard business. All Formetco employees directly connected with the print operations initially have been retained, and they will continue working from the Duluth location, as of mid-October 2013. Formetco has been supplying printed signs to the outdoor-advertising industry for nearly 20 years.
