Circle Graphics (Longmont, CO), a producer of large-format digital graphics and billboards, is introducing Eco-Flexx 2.0 as an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional, PVC billboards. The media is made from fully recyclable polyethylene –the most commonly recycled plastic – is also produced without chlorine and silicone, and generates a carbon footprint that 60% lower than comparable PVC, the company states. The 4-oz., 5-mil, woven material features reinforced pockets, tensile strength of approximately 100 lbs. /in., is flame-retardant, and reportedly installs wrinkle-free.

Clear Channel Outdoor (Phoenix) has announced it will order its entire inventory of standard bulletin billboards exclusively using Eco-Flexx.
