Carroll Media Services Inc. (CMS), Alpharetta, GA, was founded in 1993 to provide independent, third-party outdoor advertising audits and pre-evaluations for national advertisers. With more than a million OOH media displays evaluated, Carroll Media provides a standard for proof-of-performance and compliance for the outdoor advertising industry in North America. OutdoorAdTrack, which is offered through subscription, monitors various outdoor-advertising creative execution in the top 20 U.S. markets (international markets are also available). CMS photographers add current images to the database daily, and each high-resolution JPEG is labeled with the advertiser, market, medium, location description and photo date.

CMS provided the images of digital billboards presented here. The campaigns range from NYC’s Times Square to Los Angeles, from banks to TV networks.
