Principal LED Announces Two New Hires

Paul Chintapalli and Shon Tausch join the company.

Principal LED (San Angelo, TX) has announced a pair of hires. Paul Chintapalli has been brought on as executive vice president of operations, while Shon Tausch has named manufacturing process engineer.

According to the company, Chintapalli will be vital to its next phase of growth in assembly operations and manufacturing. Previously, Chintapalli worked for a reverse logistics company managing supplier quality issues. He also co-founded Genesis LED Solutions, an LED lighting company.

Tausch, who has 25 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, will implement new processes and apply the Lean Six Sigma method to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Prior to Principal LED, Tausch worked at Frymaster (Shreveport, LA), where he structured their new electronic manufacturing plant.
