Mactac (Stow, OH) recently announced that its company website is now new and improved. Mactac.com has been revamped to provide visitors a better user experience and features a user-friendly interface, easy product access, application and customer account information. The site is compatible with any computer, tablet or mobile phone.

The new site offers a fresh and visually compelling look as well as easy navigation. Significant site enhancements include these features:

1.    The ability to search for Mactac solutions through product categories and/or application categories. Users can now also choose two additional search paths: products or applications. Using simple category search fields, users can narrow results per their preferred style, filtering either by product attributes or application needs.

2.    A new Business Services Portal gives customers the opportunity to track shipments easily, view inventory and pricing information, request a quote or monitor invoice history. The new customer account feature also provides added account management convenience.

3.    Access to product resources has been enhanced within each product page. A “Resources” tab now allows users to view all product performance guides, specification guides, technical assistance guides, product videos, product attribute charts, sales literature, regulatory bulletins and more.

Additionally, the site includes a Dealer Locator tool that allows for users to search for nearby Mactac distributors and paper merchants.
