Fujifilm Announces Acuity LED 40 Series

New line of UV flatbed printers designed for signmakers.

FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Graphic Systems Division (Hanover Park, IL) has released Acuity LED 40 series, a new line of UV flatbed printers.

Designed for customers in the signage and graphics industry, the Acuity LED 40 Series accepts rigid or flexible substrates. It provides capacity speeds up to 538 sq. ft./hr., and processes media up to 49 x 98 in.

The Acuity LED 40 Series features instant-on for immediate printing, nullifying printer warm-up, and comes with a new LED ink by Fujifilm, Uvijet KL. “This new series of UV flatbed printers will appeal to print service providers with a desire to output on substrates such as canvas, wood, tile, glass and heat-sensitive films,” said Ramona Serafino, associate product marketing manager, Fujifilm North America Corporation, Graphic Systems Division.
