Dataflow, Inc. (Binghampton, NY) has announced its recent acquisition of JAX Signs & Neon, Inc. of Endicott, NY. Dataflow was established in 1958 by Dale Zimmerman as a reprographic print and document management service provider.

According to a statement by Dataflow, JAX Signs is a well-established design, fabrication and installation company offering complete interior and exterior signage solutions for a wide range of clients including local, regional and national businesses and retailers.

JAX Signs will operate as a specialized signage division within the Dataflow companies and retain its current identity, location and management team, as well as all existing staff. With the addition of JAX Signs, Dataflow president Dan Zimmerman said he believes clients of both companies will benefit significantly by gaining access to a greatly increased selection of products and services with built-in efficiencies, experience and a single-point solution for all large-scale graphic and signage projects.
