Schlosser Signs Marks 10th Anniversary with New Facility

Schlosser Signs Inc. (Loveland, CO), a full-service, custom-sign company, has moved into a 9,100-sq.-ft. facility in Loveland. The new site, located in northeast Loveland near the Crossroads 1-25 exit, provides increased office space, a staging area and storage capacity.
Having originally opened in 1999 in a garage, the company celebrated its first decade with the move to a much larger building. “We’re a small business dedicated to increasing our capabilities and technologies to meet the needs of our clients.” said Carla Schlosser, Schlosser Signs’ CEO. “The new building enables our continued commitment to growth and, equally significant, marks our 10th anniversary. Staying on track, we’ll be positioned to increase our 17-person staff by up to10 people within the next two to three years.”
The company, which manufactures and installs interior and exterior corporate signage, including monument signs, LED electronic message centers, parking-lot lighting and awnings, is also adding solar capability to its list of signage technology. The company’s national install accounts include McDonald’s, Noodles & Co., Chase, Wells Fargo, Key Bank and Holiday Inn.
Over the past 18 months, the Schlosser family worked with the staff of the Northern Colorado Economic Development Corp. (NCEDC) to identify available real estate as well as stimulus incentives, offered by the Small Business Assn. In September, they closed on the Loveland property and completed their move during November.
“It’s great to announce the good news of Schlosser Signs’ expansion in Loveland, particularly during a time when the general business news we have is negative.” said Mike Masciola, NCEDC’s COO and senior VP.
T.J., Bernie and Carla Schlosser began the company as a subcontract signage installation outfit. They first opened a full-service, sign-manufacturing facility in 2002.
