Mactac (Stow, OH) announced the company is providing eight Stow-area families in need with clothes, toys, grocery and gas cards, diapers and more through the Akron Children’s Hospital Palliative Care ‘Adopt A Family’ program.

Among the eight families, Mactac will be donating items to a total of 21 children and young adults who range in age from 13 months to 22 years old. “Everyone deserves a memorable and enjoyable holiday – especially young children,” said Brittany Eppley, Corporate Marketing Communications Manager, Mactac. “We, like so many others in our community with kind and giving hearts, are happy to help spread a little extra joy to those who are going through a difficult time. Mactac has been headquartered in Stow since 1959 and supporting our community is extremely important to our employees.”

Mactac employees will be gathering items to donate throughout the next month and will deliver the donations prior to the Christmas holiday.
